As the end of summer slowly begins to take on the crisper evening air of fall, the stars seem to shine brighter over New Hampshire. Now is the perfect time to step aboard the M/S Mount Washington for a romantic dinner cruise, where you and your sweetheart can enjoy a delicious buffet dinner, dance to live music, and stroll the deck under the sparkling night sky—reflected in the tranquil water all around.
On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout the fall season, the M/S Mount Washington offers Dinner-Dance Cruises. Friday night is theme night, where the music and menu are tailored to a particular theme, such as ‘70s Dance Fever or ’80s Wave. Tonight, August 30th, the Mount is hosting a Parrot Head Party Cruise. Passengers are welcome to dress for the occasion in tropical-inspired attire, and will be transported to faraway lands via the songs of Jimmy Buffet.
Saturdays on the boat are Rock n’ Roll nights, with live entertainment on up to three decks and a beef and seafood buffet. This Saturday, August 31st, is the Mount’s annual Labor Day Lobsterfest. For many, summer in New England is not complete without a lobster dinner. Take that classic experience up a notch by combining it with a sunset cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee!
Beginning Labor Day Weekend, the M/S Mount Washington offers Sunday evening Fall Foliage Dinner Cruises. These cruises are available in September and October from 5 – 7pm, early enough to enjoy the cruise during daylight hours and watch the sun set if weather permits. Each week, passengers can see the leaves change color as the Lakes Region winds down for the season. With special rates for children on Sundays, this is a great time to take the family out on the lake.
Come to Lake Winnipesaukee this fall and enjoy some of the best nightlife New Hampshire has to offer, as well as the gorgeous views of the sunsets and the stars!
