Sacred Waters Yoga to Host Renowned Instructor Ryan Cunningham

Sacred Waters Yoga at Mill Falls will welcome Ryan Cunningham on Friday, November 8th and Saturday, November 9th. Ryan is a yoga instructor and a Yoga Teacher Training instructor at Back Bay Yoga, a premiere studio located in Back Bay, Boston. On Friday evening and Saturday, Ryan will be leading three workshops: Introduction to Restorative Yoga, The Fluid Spine: Relieving Tension & Cultivating Strength, and Teacher Workshop: Building a Strong Foundation. EKAL Lake Activity Center Officially Opens this Weekend

Well, it seems that moment has finally arrived, and to mark the occasion, EKAL Activity Center at Mill Falls is officially opening this weekend with an array of ways to get out and enjoy the lake!

EKAL is a full-service activity center in Meredith, NH, offering rentals, gear, and instruction for kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, and stand up paddleboards (SUP). This weekend, the center opens its doors and brings out its full fleet of boats, and is now open every weekend. Taking place from 5 – 6:30 p.m. at the Sacred Waters Yoga Studio, the Wedding Prep Dance Crash Course is designed for those getting ready for that special day, be they the engaged couple, parents of the bride or groom, members of the wedding party, or guests who will be attending receptions and celebrations this coming wedding season. Get Your Laughs at Church Landing this Friday for a Good Cause

Comedy Night 2013The feel-good event of the year is back—Kidworks Learning Center is once again teaming up with Mill Falls at the Lake and Meredith Village Savings Bank to bring the Meredith community a night of comedy and fun to benefit the children of Kidworks.

On Friday, April 5th, two nationally renowned comedians will perform at Church Landing as part of the Comedy Night fundraising event. This is the third year Kidworks is setting the comedy stage as its annual fundraiser. Proceeds from the event will go towards bringing “Miles of Smiles” to the kids as the center looks to purchase a new transportation vehicle. This year’s fundraiser starts with a cash bar at 7 pm, followed by an 8 pm comedy show featuring Mike Burton and Paul Keenan. Continue reading
